Sweat Another Day Workout (Cardio Week 1 & 2)

I hope you enjoyed the workout.  Make sure you grab yourself a GymBoss you’re definitely going to need it for the next 12 weeks.  Do this workout Tuesday and Thursday for week 1 and 2.  Don’t forget to do your Strength Workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    Good Morning. I absolutely love what you guys are doing! The work-outs are phenomenal and will prove to deliver great results with follow through. I believe that they are efficient, effective, concise, and timed very well. However, in the videos, you don’t talk about the importance of stretching before and after the work-outs or warming up. For beginners who may be following your regimen to the letter, they may not know the dangers of these intense work-outs without proper warming up and stretching rituals. I’m making a suggestion to you to cover all of your bases. As I stated before, I love what you are doing. Please keep up the good work. You’re a great team!

    Thank you for your comment. You’re Right! Stretching and Warm-ups are extremely important to every workout. I didn’t want to make the workout video too long. But I will definitely put some warm-ups and stretches on the sites. Again thanks.
