Renegade Workout (Strength Week 1)

I hope you enjoyed the workout.  Make sure you grab yourself a GymBoss you’re definitely going to need it for the next 12 weeks.  Do this workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for week 1 and 2.  Don’t forget to do your Cardio Workout on Tuesday and Thursday.
