Hey! James and Joyce here.
As you know, we are quite passionate about not only our clients seeing results but their families too. Well, we found the perfect workout for your kids.
The Upper Merion Dance & Gymnastics Center (UMDGC) located in King of Prussia designs classes that are fun, interactive and made especially with kids in mind.
The great folks at UMDGC offer dance and gymnastics classes that teach:
These are all great characteristics that you want your kids to have. So not only do they get fit, they learn how to be awesome people at the same time.
Dance classes include:
Gymnastics classes include tumbling and teams. Take it from us; your kids will get into amazing shape. We visited the gymnasium and the kids that were there were flipping and jumping all over the place…it was amazing!
The management at UMDGC is extending a special offer to Moore Than Fitness clients:
A One Day Pass for FREE!
Yup, you bring your child in to try it before you sign up. All you have to do is mention you heard about it through Moore Than Fitness and redeem One Day Pass for FREE. So instead of sending your kids to a run of the mill camp, send them to UMDGC.
The skills that they will attain and the fun introduction to fitness will last them a lifetime. Camp begins on June 14th and runs until August 20th. Take action today so your kids can learn how to have a fit lifestyle: call 610-731-0022 or visit www.umdgc.com.
If I had a child, this would be an excellent idea! I will definitely pass this along!
This is a fantastic idea guys! With all the statistics out there about the rise of child obesity, I’m glad to see you yall have an eye out for out kiddies. I’ll definately share this with the fam and friends.
Great news… sounds like a winning team. There are limited opportunities to start kids on healthy habits. Please send me more information so we can look into having my 10 & 12 yr old participate!
Keep up the great work that you guys do!! I will definately pass this along to anyone i know around KOP area. Good Luck!!
A wonderful idea. James and Joyce are great with those of us who are just childish, so no doubt they’ll be great with those who actually are children!
lol. You said it Tom, not me. So no comments about how James and Joyce think we’re children. Thanks for your comment.
This sounds like a great way to get kids excited about health and fitness at an early age!
Better believe it Kelley. There’s nothing more fun for children then running around and doing flips every where. Why not channel that energy into creating a healthy habits that’ll last a lifetime.
I think this is great for the children in my family! They have so much energy and what better way to use it! I already know they’ll be excited to interact with other children and do something that will keep them active. Looks good
I love this! It is so important to teach children healthy habits at an early age. If you have a flier, let me know. I can post it at my job in KoP.
Thanks everyone for spreading the word…this is so important!
Hey guys, I found your site from a link in the comments section at Steve Hochman’s site. I think this is great. I used to be a children’s fitness instructor myself, and it was so fun (and important!) to get the kids interested in fitness and health at a young age. I wish you lot’s of success in your business.
